Eurofest – thankyou!

What a fantastic Eurofest! HeraLive

We’ve had some great live acts over the past 18 months, but we’re quietly confident that Friday’s appearance by Hera Björk was our best so far. Thanks to all of you for coming along to the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Hera went down a storm, and told us how much she enjoyed performing for you.

Keep checking back for updates – but save the date now for our next Eurofest: Friday 8 November!

Hera’s in town!

heraLondonHera Björk has arrived!

Today’s the day we’ve all been waiting for – Eurofest returns to the RVT tonight from 9pm. With over 200 people already confirmed on Facebook we’re expecting a big crowd, so get there early! Anyone there before 11pm with a flyer – which you can print off from our website if you don’t have one already – gets in for the bargain price of just £5! Our standard price is still a great value £8. Hera’s out and about enjoying the sunshine, and preparing herself for what will be a fantastic show tonight. She’ll be on from midnight – and we’ve also got six hours of non-stop Eurovision, Europop and Schlager!

Counting down the days to Hera…

Hera PosterWe had over 300 people attend our Eurofest Pride after party on Saturday, so a big thank you to everyone who came along!

It’s only a matter of days now until our main event of the summer. We’re really excited that Hera Björk will be performing live for us on Friday 19 July. Doors will open at 9.00pm as usual, and if you bring a flyer (or print one from here) and arrive before 11pm we will let you in for just £5 – an absolute bargain! Even if you don’t have a flyer the admission price is just £8 – and considering you get six hours of Euro-tastic music as well as a live performance by a Eurovision star that’s still an amazing price.

We’re expecting people from all over Europe to join us at the RVT for the event, and we’ve already been getting publicity from the Icelandic Embassy in the UK and Icelandic Music’s international website.

There’s already more than 150 people signed up for the event on Facebook so we think it’s going to be another busy event so make sure you get to the RVT early enough to get in!
