Big Night with Brooke

At Eurofest there’s no such thing as an off-season.

We’re still celebrating a fantastic Eurovision and an amazing result for Sam Ryder – we’re still up in Space Man!

For our summer party on Friday 22nd July we’re going to be joined by Ireland’s fabulous BROOKE, whose song That’s Rich has become a fan favourite, and of course received the Douze Points from the UK’s televoters in this year’s contest.

We know she’s going to give a storming set guaranteed to keep the dancefloor buzzing.

And to bring the Euroclub vibe to the Royal Vauxhall Tavern, we’ll also have seven hours of non-stop Eurovision, Europop and Schlager hits and remixes from our top team of DJs – Don Grant, John Hagley and Dave Simmons.

Tickets are £8 in advance through OutSavvy, plus we’ll have a limited number of tickets on the door for £10.

Doors open at 9pm, Brooke will be on stage around midnight, and we’re open until 4am.

UPDATE 22/06/22 – advance tickets have sold out, but you can sign up for the waiting list where re-sale tickets will become available.

Who will Runaway as the winner?

Good evening London – may we have your votes please?

As we count down the days to Eurovision 2022 in Turin, we’re teaming up with our friends at Boom-Bang-A-Bang for our annual Eurovision preview show on Friday 22nd April, as ever at the iconic Royal Vauxhall Tavern in London. This will be your chance to watch all of this year’s 40 competing entries and then vote on who you think should be the winner of Eurovision 2022.

And that’s not all…

Joining us for a live performance is the fabulous Anna Sahlene!

Amazingly it’s 20 years since she scored a Top 3 Eurovision finish for Estonia with the brilliant Runaway. Since then she’s been in Melodifestivalen three times in 2003, 2006 and 2009 and was back in this year’s Eesti Laul with the poptastic Champion.

Plus of course we’ve got six hours of non-stop Eurovision, Europop and Schlager hits and remixes from our team of DJs Don Grant, John Hagley and Dave Simmons.

For the preview show, doors open at 7pm and the show kicks off at 7:45pm prompt. Anna Sahlene will be on stage around Midnight.

Tickets for the preview show are limited to 200 and are £10 each. If you want to save the songs until May and just come along for a night of Anna Sahlene and Euroclubbing, tickets are £8 each for entry after 10pm onwards.

Tickets go on sale at 8pm on Tuesday 8th March through Outsavvy.

OMG it’s our 10th birthday!

Eurofest is turning ten years old!

Since launching in 2012 we’ve been proud to bring some of the biggest and brightest names in the Eurovision world to London.

And we think a decade as the UK’s biggest Eurovision club night is definitely worth celebrating.

We’re so excited that joining us LIVE on stage at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern on Friday 14th January will be an act who really know how to party – all the way from Moldova the fabulous Sunstroke Project!

They’ve been fan favourites since their first Eurovision entry “Run Away” in 2010, which launched the viral sensation that is Epic Sax Guy. And then in 2017 they got Moldova’s best ever result with their third place finish with “Hey Mamma”.

And, as ever, seven hours of non-stop Eurovision, Europop and schlager hits and remixes from our top team of DJs – Don Grant, John Hagley and Dave Simmons.

Tickets are £8 in advance from OutSavvy.

Second Cherry and a Superstar

Who’s ready for another Eurovision party?

After our return from lockdown in August, we’re delighted to be launching our next event, taking place at London’s Royal Vauxhall Tavern on Friday 8th October.

We are excited to be welcoming a real “Super Star” to the Eurofest stage – Turkey’s fabulous Sibel Tüzün.

Sibel took to the stage in Athens with her energetic performance (and British dancers no less!) and she really knows how to get the crowd moving. She has had countless hits in Turkey in a career spanning thirty years, and is also a highly acclaimed vocal coach.

Eurofest is in for a show to remember!

But that’s not all….!

To get the evening underway we’ll be hosting the live final of this year’s Second Cherry contest – a celebration of songs that competed in contests across Europe for the chance to represent their countries at Eurovision – but failed. Second Cherry is their second chance; a second bite of the cherry, and YOU get to help choose the winner.

Turn up, enjoy the show, vote, and then party!

Plus of course all the best Eurovision, Europop and Schlager hits and remixes from our team of DJs Don Grant, John Hagley and Dave Simmons.

Tickets will go on sale through Outsavvy from 6pm on Sunday 12th September. There are two categories of ticket:

  • £8 allows entry ALL EVENING, giving you Second Cherry, Eurofest and Sibel Tüzün
  • £5 allows entry AFTER 10pm, to ensure you get Eurofest and Sibel Tüzün

There will also be a very limited number of tickets available on the door after 10pm priced at £8.

Storms don’t last forever

Euroclubbing is back!

After over 18 months we are back for a proper club-night on an actual dancefloor! We are delighted to be returning to the Royal Vauxhall Tavern on Friday 20th August.

And what better way to celebrate our return than with a live performance from the amazing SuRie! SuRie represented the UK at Eurovision 2018 in Lisbon with “Storm”, as well as having been involved in previous Eurovisions with Belgium. “Storms don’t last forever” has never been a more appropriate lyric!

Plus the night will be packed with non-stop Eurovision HITS as well as some Europop and schlager classics from our team of DJs – Dave Simmons, Don Grant and John Hagley. It’s our first chance to give all the Eurobangers from the past couple of years a proper airing as well.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported us at our various online club nights and other events over the past year, we can’t wait to see you on the dancefloor!

Tickets are available on Outsavvy and we will have a very limited number of tickets on the door. Keep up to date with news about the event on Facebook.

Iceland win 2020 preview vote

Despite the cancellation of the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest, our preview vote still took place, albeit online.

We’d like to thank our annual co-hosts of the preview vote, Paul Marks-Jones from Boom-Bang-A-Bang, and all those of you watched the live stream in your hundreds!

It was a runaway winner for Iceland, so congratulations to Daði Freyr and Gagnamagnið, for taking the Eurofest preview crown for 2020.

We hope we can see you back the our usual home at London’s Royal Vauxhall Tavern on Friday 3rd July.

You can view the whole show here and watch the announcement of the results here.

Eurofest preview vote 2020 – now online!

Eurofest logo v2Due to the current rules on social distancing, and the temporary closure of our wonderful home at the RVT, our preview night cannot of course take its usual format.

However, fear not….

We are delighted to confirm that the preview show will take place online. Together we will watch the videos of all the songs in this year’s (now cancelled!) contest and then we want your votes for which song should have been the winner in Rotterdam.

For more details, check the event page here.

Who will be this year’s winner?

Eurofest logo v3Eurofest is again teaming up with Manchester’s Boom-Bang-a-Bang party for the UK’s biggest Eurovision preview vote on Good Friday April 10th at the RVT.

We’re making it an extra special Good Friday by playing all the entries for this year’s contest and then YOU decide who should be the winner in Rotterdam!

There’s something for everyone in this year’s contest – Balkan bangers, Icelandic geek pop, Ukrainian electro-folk and even a decent song from the UK.

Plus of course all the Eurovision, Europop and Schlager hits and remixes from DJ’s Don Grant, John Hagley and Dave Simmons.

For the preview show, doors open at 8pm, with the show getting underway at 8:20pm prompt. Tickets are available online now for just £7 or on the door for £8.

Watch the Melodifestivalen final live with us on Satruday!

MF Eurofest 2020
Hej hej Clapham!

We have teamed up with the Two Brewers in Clapham for the second year running to do a live screening of the Melodifestivalen 2020 final on their big screen, so you can watch Sweden choosing their song for this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

This year’s MF line-up looks like one of the strongest in a few years so it will be great to watch the show together. And of course there’s a former Eurofest artist who has made it through to the final – Anna Bergendahl. We’re probably biased, but that’s our favourite in Eurofest HQ!

The date is of course Saturday 7th March and doors will open at 6pm, with the TV show starting at 7pm. We will have some seats and some standing space, so get there early if you do want a seat. We’ve got the room until at least 10.30pm so there will be a bit of time for a Mello-afterparty once the show is over, with a playlist of MF songs old and new.

Tickets are just £3 (plus booking fee) so get yours now!

Proud to welcome Tamara

Another decade, another Eurofest. The UK’s biggest Eurovision, Europop and Schlager club night is kicking off 2020 celebrating our EIGHTH birthday on Friday 10th January!

And after bringing 2019’s televote winners to London last time, we are now PROUD to welcome the 2019 jury vote winner, the stunning TAMARA TODEVSKA.

Tamara achieved North Macedonia’s best result ever at Eurovision 2019 with her powerful anthem “Proud”. She also flew the flag for her home country in 2008 with “Let Me Love You” so is no stranger to the Eurovision stage.

And as ever we will have SEVEN hours of the best Eurovision, Europop and Schlager hits and remixes from our DJs Dave Simmons, Don Grant and John Hagley.

Doors at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern open at 9.00pm and we will be playing the hits through to 4.00am.

Tickets are £6.50 in advance, or £8 on the door.
